Over the next few days, the PREPARE consortium will be finalising the preparations for our next in-person consortium meeting and third PREPARE workshop taking place in The Hague on the 9th and 10th March 2023.
Since our last in-person meeting in Dublin in November 2022, the PREPARE team have been hard at work developing the Train-the-Trainer modules and Child Vulnerability and Intervention tool. In the upcoming consortium meeting, partners will provide updates on their work to date and outline the tasks to be undertaken in the final months of the project. The consortium meeting will also focus on the exploitation of the PREPARE outputs, with the consortium engaging in detailed discussions about how to best promote the use and uptake of the results of the project during the project lifespan and after the project has ended.
From the insights collated from the second co-design workshop last year, the PREPARE team have been incorporating the views and needs of front-line practitioners into the PREPARE training and tool. By working alongside the end-users of the PREPARE solutions, we are tailoring the content and format of our products to the real-life gaps in their work experienced by practitioners. The third, and final, PREPARE workshop will take external stakeholders and practitioners through the Train-the-Trainer modules and Child Vulnerability and Intervention tool to gather their feedback to ensure these solutions PREPARE is creating are useful and accessible for practitioners.
Stay tuned for a blogpost in the coming weeks to learn about the key takeaway messages from the third PREPARE workshop…
